These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Pulkit Arora, M.A., CCC-SLP ("we," "our," or "us") and the speech-language pathology services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

We provide bilingual speech-language evaluations, therapy, and consultations for pediatric clients ages 0–21 in New Jersey. Services are available both in-person and through teletherapy. All services are provided by a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or clinical advice. While we strive to keep our content accurate and up to date, it should not be used as a substitute for a professional evaluation or diagnosis.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on an individual basis. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or discharge from services, as outlined in your service agreement.

Consent & Authorization

A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before services begin for any client under 18 years of age. Consent forms and intake paperwork will be provided prior to the first appointment.

Confidentiality

All clinical information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and New Jersey state laws. Information will only be shared with your written consent or as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Teletherapy Services

Virtual sessions are conducted using HIPAA-compliant technology. Participation in teletherapy requires a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet environment. By participating in teletherapy, you acknowledge that while we take all reasonable precautions, there are inherent limitations to technology-based services.
