About Me
My passion for speech-language pathology began early in my life. I grew up in a household where communication was deeply valued—my mother is a bilingual speech-language pathologist, and from a young age I was exposed to the powerful role speech and language play in a child's development. Watching her work with children and families helped me understand that communication is not just about words, but about connection, confidence, and access to learning. Those early experiences shaped both my career path and my philosophy as a clinician.
Today, as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, I provide comprehensive speech and language services to children from birth through 18 years of age. I conduct thorough evaluations using standardized assessments, clinical observations, and detailed case history reviews to gain a complete understanding of each child's strengths and needs. Based on these findings, I develop individualized treatment plans designed to support meaningful, functional progress.
My clinical experience includes providing direct therapy services for expressive and receptive language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency challenges, and pragmatic (social) language difficulties. Therapy sessions are engaging, evidence-based, and tailored to meet each child where they are, while supporting growth across home, school, and social environments.
A Personal Connection
Becoming a parent myself has deepened my understanding of just how critical early speech and language development is. As a father to a young son, I now see firsthand how communication skills impact every aspect of a child's world—from learning and problem-solving to social interaction and emotional regulation. These skills are foundational for success in the academic setting and for navigating the everyday challenges of life.
Collaborative Approach
Collaboration is at the core of my practice. I work closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to create consistent, supportive strategies across environments. I also prioritize parent education and coaching, empowering families with practical tools they can use at home to promote carryover and long-term success.
